Doing Business with Tourmaster and Cortech:
How do I order direct on Tourmaster.com or Cortechperformance.com?
To place an order with Tourmaster.com or Cortechperformance.com, locate the item of interest and click on it. Once in the item's page, scroll to the bottom where it tells you to locate a dealer. Click that, fill in your zip code and click enter. Once that is done, it will take you to a listing of all the dealers in your area. At the bottom of that listing it will give you the option to place an order direct to Tour Master/Cortech. Please note that there is a 20% restocking fee for all returns and a RMA, Return Merchandise Authorization, must be obtained prior to submission. This can be done through either the "CONTACT US" page or you can email Tour Master/Cortech direct at returns@tourmaster.com.
What payment options are available to me?
Visa and MasterCard are the only accepted methods of payment at this time.
What shipping options do you offer?
Tour Master and/or Cortech items are shipped from 1 of our 2 warehouses depending on the availability of the item as well as your location. Every effort is made to ship your order complete the day it is received. Please keep in mind that shipping days are business days, Monday-Friday, the typical delivery is about 3-5 business days. Tour Master/Cortech is closed on weekends and major holidays. Below are the shipping methods and respective charges.

Do you ship outside the US?
At this time, we do not ship outside of the United States. If you are interested in purchasing a Tour Master and/or Cortech item, please visit our "CONTACT US" page. We can provide a listing of dealers who may be better able to assist you.
What if the item I am interested in is backordered?
Backordered items typically return to stock within 30-60 days.
Do you have a catalog that you can send me?
We do not offer a catalog for distribution to consumers at this time. If you wish to view our most recent dealer catalog, please visit an authorized dealer local to yourself. There is a "DEALER LOCATOR" available at Tourmaster.com/Cortechperformance.com.
Finding or Becoming a Tour Master or Cortech Dealer:
I want to try on an item in person, how do I find a local dealer?
There is a dealer locator available to you at Tourmaster.com and Cortechperformance.com that can be easily accessed through the main toolbar. Click the "DEALER LOCATOR" and enter in your zip code. It will then produce a listing of all the authorized dealers that are local to you in your area. If the dealer does not have the particular item in stock that you are looking for, they can certainly special order it for you as long as it is a current model.
How do I become an authorized Tour Master or Cortech dealer?
If you are a dealer that is dedicated to the powersports industry with a retail location and are interested in carrying our products, please visit Helmethouse.com. Click on "DEALERS" which will then take you to a screen that offers the link to the "DEALER QUESTIONNAIRE". Please print the questionnaire, fill it out, and fax it back to us at 800-338-5012. Once received, it will take approximately 3-4 business days for a Helmet House sales representative to contact you.
Warranty and Returns:
What is your warranty policy?
Tour Master/Cortech has the right to repair or replace, at our option, any product we feel does not meet our standards up to one year from the date of purchase. If you feel you have a warranty issue, you MUST contact us to obtain a RMA, Return Merchandise Authorization, number PRIOR to submission. When submitting items for warranty inspection, please be sure the item is clean and free of debris, etc. The shipping charges to Tour Master/Cortech are the responsibility of the customer and Tour Master/Cortech will in turn ship the return item to you at no additional cost.
I bought a Tour Master/Cortech item through my local dealer and now I wish to submit it for warranty inspection, do a return, or exchange it for another item. How do I do that?
Please return the item to the original dealer in which you purchased it through, they will be more than willing to assist you. As the initial purchase was not done through Tour Master/Cortech, we are unable to process such requests.
How do I submit an item for warranty evaluation/return/exchange that was purchased direct through Tourmaster.com or Cortechperformance.com?
Only items purchased through Tourmaster.com or Cortechperformance.com can be returned or exchanged direct. There is a 20% restocking fee for ALL returns and the original freight charges cannot be refunded. Obtaining a RMA, Return Merchandise Authorization, number is necessary prior to submitting an item to us and can be done through the "CONTACT US" page. You can also email us direct at returns@tourmaster.com.
Luggage Questions:
Will your luggage fit on my bike and how do I mount it?
Our luggage pieces are made to fit most every bike model, however proper, snug mounting is essential. If you have a question regarding the fit of our luggage to your specific bike model or how to mount it properly, please refer to a local authorized dealer. You can also reference the individual luggage pages on Tourmaster.com or Cortechperformance.com to view the PDF mounting instructions.
Do I need mounting hardware for my luggage pieces?
Our luggage pieces are made to fit to most every bike model without the use of mounting hard ware.
Why will my tail bag not connect to my saddlebags?
Our luggage systems are designed to connect to one another as long as they are in the same series. For example, the Sport Tail Bag connects to the Sport Saddlebags, but you cannot connect the Sport Tail Bag to the Cruiser II Saddlebags. This also applies to other manufacturers luggage pieces; we cannot guarantee that they will connect properly or at all due to using different buckles, connections, etc. There are buckle adapter pieces available that can assist with connection of older luggage pieces to newer luggage pieces and can be obtained by visiting the "CONTACT US" page.
Repair and Replacement Parts:
Do you offer a repair service or patch kit for your garments/luggage pieces?
Beyond certain warranty situations, there are no repair services or patch kits available for Tour Master/Cortech garments or luggage pieces. Once an item has been damaged, the original benefits and features cannot be restored cost effectively with repairs. If your garment is in need of repair you may wish to visit a local tailor, seamstress, or saddlery shop to see if they might be able to better assist you in your needs.
Do you sell replacement parts for your garments/luggage pieces?
We do offer a variety of replacement parts for Tour Master/Cortech garments and luggage products. If the part is available for purchase, it will be featured on Tourmaster.com and/or Cortechperformance.com. If you are having difficulty finding what you are looking for, please reference the "SEARCH" option that can be easily accessed through the main toolbar at Tourmaster.com or Cortechperformance.com. You can also go to the "CONTACT US" page for further assistance.
How do I re-waterproof my Tour Master/Cortech item?
You may wish to try a product such as Nik-Wax or Camp-Dri to attempt to re-waterproof your item although we cannot guarantee the effectiveness of this treatment.
Miscellaneous Apparel Fitting Questions:
Will my pants zip to my jacket?
All Tour Master and Cortech jackets and pants are made to zip to one another as long as you are attempting to attach leather-to-leather and textile-to-textile. If you are trying to connect a leather garment to a textile garment, even if they are both Cortech and/or Tour Master, they will not connect. This is also the case if you want to connect a jacket or pant made by Tour Master/Cortech with another manufacturers jacket or pant, they are not going to line up and will not connect properly.
Can my pants be worn as an over pant?
Any of our pant models can be used as an over pant except our leather sport riding pants. Please keep in mind when sizing that if the pant is a 36/38 and you are closer to a 38, you may wish to go up a size if primarily wearing over clothing.
